We are all volunteers from the Elk Grove community

Established in May 2010, the founders Frank Lucia and Debbie Schoeneshoefer saw the growing issue of people experiencing homelessness and developed HART as a method to assist people in becoming independent and self-sustaining. We now have several volunteers who are helping and mentoring. If you are interested in joining our cause, please contact us.

We became an independent 501c(3) non-profit organization in November 2013. Our Tax ID # is 46-4162394. 100% of all donations go directly toward providing services for our clients on their journey to a better life.
